How can I track my order/shipment?

An email regarding the shipment of the order will be sent to you after you have placed the order. The email contains the order details and confirmation of the order . You can also check the same on the order status page by logging in to your account on our website. It may take a few hours to activate the tracking number or show the tracking details.



Can I change my delivery address?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Once the order has been shipped, you cannot alter the delivery address. However, you can request for the alteration within 24 hours of placing the order. You can use our mail ID selvedge.sg@gmail.com to request the same.



What happens if the delivery address is incorrect?

Please make a note that the delivery address is absolutely correct. In case of any incorrect details, the product will not be able to reach you. We will not be responsible for this. In the case of reshipping the same order, customers may have to bear the extra shipping charges.


How long will it take to deliver my order?

As soon as the order is placed, you will receive an email and a message on your contact number from our end. The message will contain the estimated time needed to deliver your item , also kindly check the dispatch time of the product before placing order.

Depending on the item's availability, the distance, and a few other circumstances, the items will be dispatched and delivered within 10–14 working days if the item is ready for dispatch, however the made to order products will take the mentioned time for dispatch.

If you place an order of two or more products together, we can choose to deliver them separately or all together.



What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We try our best to get your products delivered to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at selvedge.sg@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.


Are there any extra taxes applied to my order?
(VAT and Custom Duties)
The customers are entirely responsible for any kind of VAT or Custom duty fees levied by the country. We don’t have control over this kind of charges.


Can I cancel my order?

After the payment is done, we begin processing your order ,  We ensure that the order is delivered to you safely within the promised timeline of delivering the product.

If you want to cancel the order due to any reason, you may do so by calling us or mailing us within 12 hours of placing the order and Before shipping, the amount will be refunded to the same source within a time period of 7-10 working days
